Print-on-Demand Orders

All products sold through ReQue242 are produced and fulfilled by our trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) partners. Once an order is placed, production begins and cannot be modified or canceled.

Processing Time

• Production typically takes 2–7 business days.
• During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
• Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.
• Delivery estimates are provided by our fulfillment partners and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable:

• Customs duties
• Import fees
• VAT (Value Added Tax)
• Government taxes or brokerage fees

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Bulk & Custom Orders

Customers placing custom orders of ten (10) items or more may qualify for special shipping arrangements. For approved bulk orders, ReQue242 may assist with customs, duty, and VAT coordination where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

ReQue242 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
